whoa.

I haven't blogged since June, I just don't have the time. I start finals in two weeks and I'm terrified. If all goes well, I start my externship October 27th. This year of school really flew by. It's been easy some days and the ultimate struggle the next. Wish me luck with the next few months of my life. I'll need all the prayers I can get. I don't know what the next step in my life is going to be like, it's like jumping off of a cliff and hoping you don't die..

Stawberry Days! Round 1 :)

Brynlee, Nick and I went to the carnival on Wednesday.
It was a lot of fun. A little crowded but worth it! 100%


She wasn't a fan of this ducky ride, she kept trying to climb out
maybe it wasn't cool enough for this 2 year old.



She obviously loved the Merry-Go-Round.
We rode it a few times.





She picked the front seat on the train.


and got to hone in on her mad driving skillz.



Before we left, we picked up some strawberries and cream
(not pictured due to a certain someone that wouldn't appreciate me bragging about having strawberries before she did LOVE YOU!) ;)


We ended the night with a Chinese picnic on the front lawn!

I heard some rustling around this morning coming from Brynlee's room. I didn't think anything of it. I opened the door to greet her for the morning ;) and THIS is what I found!

She said "Mom, help?" haha..
I helped her get down and she was SO proud of herself!
She said "MOM! I climbed out!" and pointed up to her crib.

Time for a big girl bed.

Just about every morning, we get in the car and Brynlee says "guy?" which I think means mask or maybe it really means "guy". I mean, she knows that it's a character and it's definitely not a girl so.. I think her description is pretty close. ha!

Anyway, she asks me to put it on her and this is how we drive to daycare.

I love her to bits!

New addition! Ahhh!!

I got it Friday night. This is right after it was done so it's a bit red but it's awesome!
I'm loving it.
It's called a Dermal.

It didn't hurt too bad. There was a little pinch when the needle first went in and then when he put the jewelry in, it was uncomfortable but overall, not the worst pain I've ever felt at all!

I can't figure out how to get the video from my phone to my blog but if I figure it out I'll update it.

Bone Thugs N Harmony.

A few weeks ago, I won 2 tickets to see Bone Thugs N Harmony in concert. I called into U92 and was the 9th caller. WINNING! Nick and I were so excited.
Love them.
I think a few of you might say that you don't know who they are but YOU DO!
I just know it ;)
Google "Tha Crossroads" you've heard it. haha..

It was up at the Saltair.
I was a little un-impressed with the sound system but that wasn't them thugs fault. ;)

It was a pretty good show and for free? can't beat it!

It looks like we had bad seats but we didn't.
We were on the balcony and could see everything really well.

We spied these young ladies when we were walking in. I was sooo surprised! People said they see them up there all the time for all sorts of concerts and that they're REAL fans!
hahaha... oh boy. I couldn't pass up this photo op.

Overall it was a great night! Nick and I had a lot of fun!

Evening Stroll.

It was such a nice night when I got home from work yesterday. I just knew we couldn't stay inside so we quickly ate dinner and went for a walk. It was great. Here are a few pictures of our evening!

First of all we found out Brynlee is obsessed with these.




We even found an entire yard full of them. She wanted to go get some but I'll be honest, I really hate them so I said no. Mean mom, I know.

We invited ourselves to our friends house last Friday evening because they're our best friends and it's okay sometimes to invite yourself ;) they were lighting up their fire pit and I'm a fire bug, you just can't keep me away! It was a short visit (compared to others) but it was fantastic! Love seeing our besties! I only took one picture that night but it's a good one!
