Bone Thugs N Harmony.

A few weeks ago, I won 2 tickets to see Bone Thugs N Harmony in concert. I called into U92 and was the 9th caller. WINNING! Nick and I were so excited.
Love them.
I think a few of you might say that you don't know who they are but YOU DO!
I just know it ;)
Google "Tha Crossroads" you've heard it. haha..

It was up at the Saltair.
I was a little un-impressed with the sound system but that wasn't them thugs fault. ;)

It was a pretty good show and for free? can't beat it!

It looks like we had bad seats but we didn't.
We were on the balcony and could see everything really well.

We spied these young ladies when we were walking in. I was sooo surprised! People said they see them up there all the time for all sorts of concerts and that they're REAL fans!
hahaha... oh boy. I couldn't pass up this photo op.

Overall it was a great night! Nick and I had a lot of fun!

Evening Stroll.

It was such a nice night when I got home from work yesterday. I just knew we couldn't stay inside so we quickly ate dinner and went for a walk. It was great. Here are a few pictures of our evening!

First of all we found out Brynlee is obsessed with these.




We even found an entire yard full of them. She wanted to go get some but I'll be honest, I really hate them so I said no. Mean mom, I know.

We invited ourselves to our friends house last Friday evening because they're our best friends and it's okay sometimes to invite yourself ;) they were lighting up their fire pit and I'm a fire bug, you just can't keep me away! It was a short visit (compared to others) but it was fantastic! Love seeing our besties! I only took one picture that night but it's a good one!

seriously. I am so fat. I really have never felt this terrible in my entire life. I weigh so much. more than any 21 year old 5'4 woman should EVER weigh. I hate me. I am so sick about this right now. I just want to cry. I can not believe I'm this fat. I just don't know how it happened. Please. I need help.

I'm feeling better. I know that I'm still big, but bitching about it on my blog is not going to get me anywhere. YOUR COMMENTS HOWEVER, have been great. Thanks so much guys. I really appreciate it. Over the weekend, Nick and I got everything that we need to take our lunches to work and school every day. That's going to help me a lot. Little by little I'll be changing things.

So far:
I'm already eating more fruit. I love both fruits and veggies so it's not hard for me to eat them but it hasn't been the season for anything I swear it, but that's changing so I'll eat more.

I'm going to start parking far away from school. Normally I can get a front or second row spot but why would I want to?? I don't do anything all day so the few extra steps are going to get me that much closer to my goal.

I'm not too bad with soda but I could do better HOWEVER, I don't think I can say "I'm quitting soda" because it makes me crave it more. Same goes for sweets.

I've started to put everything in snack size ziploc baggies in the portion sizes that are on the bag. That way I just grab one and not 7 servings at once. ;) The hard thing about that is that a serving size of my favorite chips is "9 chips" SERIOUSLY?! hahaha.. but I'll get used to it!

My baby's 2nd birthday!!

NO WAY?! How did this happen?? Two years have already flown by?? Nooo...!

Welp, yesterday was Brynlee's birthday and we had a little celebration at home.
I was at school and work all day so I was determined to make her evening eventful since I didn't get to see her all day!

I came home around 7:30 with a big balloon bouquet in one hand and cupcakes in the other!

I ran to the kitchen and put a candle in one of the cupcakes and we sang "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" to her, she loved it! I set the cupcake down and asked her to blow it out!



It was a "trick wick" She didn't like that, she wanted to blow it out and dig into the cupcake, but when it kept re-lighting, she just got scared of it! Haha, I took the candle out and let her have the cupcake! :) She was so excited!





Even though it was small, I know it meant a lot to her. It sure meant a lot to me. I feel like I never see my baby girl anymore.



After we sang and she ate, I had to get dinner. (Yes, she got a cupcake before dinner) I wanted to get Brynlee her favorite food which is Chicken Lo Mein from a local Chinese place that we go to. I came home and we all ate great.

Happy Birthday Sweet Baby. I love you so much!!
